DOA / damage / wrong item claim window (48 hours)
If your item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible under this Limited Warranty.

What this Limited Warranty addresses
This Limited Warranty is intended to address issues present upon delivery, including transit-related damage, defects identified upon arrival, or receipt of an incorrect item, when reported within the 48-hour claim window.

Possible resolutions
After review, a resolution may include, as appropriate to the circumstances: replacement (or replacement components), a return for refund (processed within 10 business days after approval), or another reasonable outcome based on the case details.

Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or modifications, or issues reported after the 48-hour claim window. Final Sale items and custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, subject to applicable law.

Relationship to returns
This Limited Warranty does not replace the Returns & Refund Policy. Return requests within 30 days of delivery remain subject to return conditions and non-returnable categories.
